five days, one link a day, zero excuses
I'm gonna show you how to spend the next 5 days learning Claude — and once you complete this, you're never gonna have to worry about falling behind again.
And if you didn't already know, 84% of people aren't even using AI, so if you actually go through with this, you're gonna be ahead of most people.
For Day 1, you're gonna complete a 60-minute setup guide for Claude beginners. It covers the basics like integrations, project folders, and some beginner-level stuff on AI agents — this gives you a strong foundation for the days ahead.
Once you finish that, you're gonna head over to the official Anthropic website, where they have a ton of courses for beginners. But in my opinion, the most important ones are Claude 101, which you should complete on Day 2, Intro to Model Context Protocol for Day 3, and I'd end it off with Intro to Claude Cowork on Day 4 — though there are plenty more courses on there, so feel free to flip through and see which ones you like.
And for Day 5, focus on downloading some skill files. These are basically shortcuts you set up in Claude once, and get the same results every time.
Start here. This walks you through getting Claude set up on your machine so everything after this day actually works.
Anthropic's official intro course. Covers the fundamentals of how Claude works and how to actually talk to it.
MCP is how Claude connects to outside tools and data — Google Drive, Gmail, Notion, and more. This is the "how Claude gets superpowers" day.
Claude Cowork is Anthropic's agentic desktop app for non-developers. This course shows how to delegate real knowledge work to Claude.
No link today — this is hands-on inside Claude itself. Follow these steps to find and use skill files.
• Open a chat with Claude (claude.ai, the desktop app, or Claude Code).
• To see what a specific skill actually does, ask Claude to open or view the SKILL.md file for it — that file explains what the skill covers and when it triggers.
• To use a skill, just ask for the task it covers in plain language (e.g. "make me a Word doc") — Claude will detect and apply the right skill automatically. You don't have to name it.
