I set Claude Cowork running before I left the house this morning. By the time I'd found a good spot on the sand, it had already worked through 125 leads on its own — no laptop, no desk, just my phone and a session running quietly back home.

This is the setup people ask about most: Claude Cowork stays active on your desktop, and you steer it from anywhere using Claude Dispatch on your phone. That's the whole trick. The heavy lifting happens on two skill files, and today I'm handing both of them over.

What's in this kit

Give it a one-sentence description of your ideal customer and it goes and finds real, local businesses that match — pulling in decision-maker contact info and organizing everything into a clean spreadsheet, ready to work from.

Outreach Drafter

Takes the list Step 1 built and writes a personalized first-touch email for every single lead — saved straight to your Gmail drafts, labeled by campaign. Nothing sends itself; you stay the one who hits go.

How to install them

• Download both PDFs using the buttons above — each one opens the file so you can save it to your device.

• Start a Claude Cowork session on your desktop, then upload the PDF into that session, or drop it into your skills folder if you're managing one directly.

• Tell Claude to use it — something as simple as "use the Lead List Builder skill" is enough. Claude will read the file and follow it step by step.

• Run Step 1, then Step 2 — build your list first, then draft outreach from it. Once Cowork is running, you can hand off both from Claude Dispatch on your phone.
