Effective September 15, 2026. This policy explains how The AGI Edge collects, uses, and protects information.
Information we collect
We may collect account details, authentication identifiers, lesson progress, prompts and preferences you submit, uploaded assets, saved builds, generated versions, subscription status, support messages, and basic device, usage, and campaign-attribution data. Payment card details are collected and processed by Stripe rather than stored by us.
How we use information
We use information to provide and secure accounts, deliver and save lessons and builds, process subscriptions, answer support requests, improve product reliability, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations. Sensitive prompt and file contents are not used for advertising analytics.
Service providers
We use service providers including Google for sign-in, Supabase for authentication, database, and storage services, Stripe for payment processing and subscription management, and Vercel for hosting and delivery. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies. Lessons may also link to third-party AI tools; information you choose to send to those tools is governed by their policies.
Retention and security
We keep information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain required business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your account data by contacting us. Marketing messages, if introduced, will be opt-in and separate from essential account and billing communications.
Age requirement
The service is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under13. If you believe a child under that age has provided information, contact us so we can review and delete it.
