Simple rules for using AGI Edge.
Effective September 15, 2026. These terms are an agreement between you and Dante Garcia, doing business as The AGI Edge.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 13 years old to use the service. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in methods secure. Information you provide must be accurate and lawful.
Free and paid access
The free plan includes one lesson per day. AGI Edge Unlimited includes a 3-day free trial and then costs $20/month. A payment method is required. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, Stripe will automatically charge $20 and the subscription will renew monthly until canceled. Paid access is subject to reasonable safeguards and does not promise unlimited third-party compute.
Cancellation
You can cancel online through the Stripe Customer Portal available from your account. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid the first charge. After a paid subscription is canceled, access continues through the end of the current paid billing period and does not renew.
Your content and AI outputs
You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant us the limited permission needed to host, process, and display it to operate the service. You may use generated outputs subject to applicable law and the terms of any third-party provider involved. AI output can be incomplete or inaccurate; you are responsible for reviewing it before relying on, publishing, or acting on it.
Acceptable use
You may upload only content you own or have permission to use. Do not use the service to break the law, violate another person’s rights, distribute malware, interfere with the service, evade access limits, or create harmful or deceptive content. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, or third parties.
Third-party services
The service may link to or interoperate with third-party products. Their availability, outputs, and policies are outside our control. The AGI Edge is not affiliated with or endorsed by OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Supabase, Stripe, Vercel, or other featured tools unless a relationship is expressly disclosed.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. It provides educational information, not legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses caused by third-party services or reliance on AI output.
Governing law and contact
